Shipping Policy

Shipments to Mexico City and its metropolitan area are processed and shipped 24 hours after order confirmation, using our partners BORZO and UBERFLASH. It is important to note that we do not offer immediate delivery; orders are shipped only after payment has been validated. Express shipping requests will incur an additional fee, which may be up to twice the standard shipping rate.

If your order is for delivery within Mexico, the delivery time will be subject to our supplier DHL's delivery times. It is important to note that these shipments are not insured.
