RESERVATION POLICY

CANCELLATION, TOLERANCE, AND REFUND POLICY FOR EXPERIENCES

  1. Punctuality and Grace Period

    • Grace period: In
order to ensure that itineraries are followed and to provide high-quality service to all participants, a maximum grace period of 10 minutes is granted, starting from the scheduled start time of the experience.
    • Delays exceeding 10 minutes: If the participant has not arrived by the end of the 10-minute grace period, the activity cannot begin at the scheduled time. In this case, the experience must be rescheduled based on the availability of the operational calendar.

  2. Rescheduling Due to Circumstances Beyond the Control of the Event Organizer (Force Majeure)

    • Rescheduling based on availability:
If, for any reason beyond the control of the organization or the tour (such as adverse weather conditions, force majeure events, or extraordinary external circumstances), it is not possible to carry out the activity, a new visit date may be rescheduled without penalty, subject to availability on the calendar.

  3. Return and Refund Request • Processing Time: In cases where a participant chooses not to reschedule and requests a refund or return of their payment, this request will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
    • Procedure: The 5- to 7-business-day period will begin once the request is approved and the participant provides the necessary bank information to complete the corresponding transfer.
