Reservation Policies

Tours and experiences begin promptly at the time specified in the reservation. Visitors are responsible for allowing enough time for transportation, parking, and check-in.

Once the tour has begun, it will not be possible to join the event.

Any arrival after the reserved time, or failure to show up, will be recorded as a no-show. In such cases, the reservation slot and the amount paid will be forfeited, and the reservation will not be eligible for rescheduling.

If you are unable to attend on the requested date, you may reschedule your visit within the same billing month, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice.

If you are unable to arrive on time for your reserved appointment, you may reschedule for the next available time slot of the day, provided there are openings. To check availability, please contact the reservations agent.

De no asistir y no notificar durante el tiempo establecido, el cupo y el monto pagado se perderán y la reserva no será elegible para reprogramación.

No refunds will be issued; the event can only be rescheduled.
